Believe in what you rage for: Protest-punk show at Blue Room Saturday

by

duaLocal activist who never sleeps Midge Potts created a new politically minded punk group called Dis-/Un-/Anti- not more than a couple months ago, and the group has steadily eased its way into playing shows around Springfield. Its latest outing is Saturday night (4/25)  at The Blue Room at Billiards of Springfield, teaming up with The Dead Pawn, The Rehab Rats, Archimedian Point, The Faceshots and The Many Lives of Duncan Idaho for the show. The cover is a super-cheap $3 and the show begins at 9 p.m. For believers in punk’s role as agitator of the status quo, this will be a show to mark on the calendar.
