Boo war. Boo. That’s the way-censored version of the message several local acoustic artists are out to transmit with a night-long concert at The Magic Bean Coffeehouse Friday, March 20. So how does one protest something… quietly? We can point to 10 different ways, actually. See them all after the break.

Ten acts will perform over the course of the night, several of which are regular performers at acoustic shows in Springfield. The entry fee for the show is by donation; half of everything donated will be sent to Iraq Veterans Against the War. The schedule currently breaks down like this:

7pm – Midge Potts
7:30 – Jojo Roberts
8pm – Archimedean Point
8:30 – The Dead Pawns
9pm – Swamp Donkey
9:30 – Nora & Gnoll
10:00 – Dis-/Un-/Anti-
10:30 – White-Flagged Bomb Brigade
11pm – The Many Lives of Duncan Idaho
11:30 – Spoke Pants of the Flowering Skillet
