It seems as though there is live music everywhere this weekend. Seriously. If I open my broom closet Saturday morning there might be a band playing. (Please let it be Super String Theory! Wait, no, they’re at Nathan P. Murphy’s Friday night.) Just how stuffed is this weekend? Like a Thanksgiving turkey, baby. Read the rundown after the jump.
We would describe each of these bands in case you’re not familiar with them, but we (any you) would be here all day with that. Instead, we’ve linked to as many local bands’ MySpace pages as we can find for you to hear examples of their songs. Click on the band name to go to the page and see if it sounds like a show you’d like to go to. (National acts such as Misery Signals, Lonestar and Puddle of Mudd will be easier to find on The Internets.) With this many groups, it will be very difficult to get to all of them.
